I am passionate about photography. The very name of the guesthouse reflects this interest. ‘Blue60’ is a photographic term describing the incredible color of the deep blue sky that often occurs in the hour from sundown until dark. The images on the guest room walls are my work and can be purchased if interested. Additionally, If you want to dabble in the art of photography, I offer personal instruction upon request.
I have recently embarked on a new photography project using the old 19th century process called tintype photography. If interested, you can pose for a photograph giving your portrait a genuine old time look.View Artwork
We stayed a couple of days here and really enjoyed it. The location was great with the trolley right around the corner. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it’s close to everything you need. Josh and Will are both great to work with. They have a really nice market across the street with prepared foods, so we found it easy to grab a hot breakfast there before going out to explore the city. I would stay here again on a return trip!– Venture 549955

Wonderful place to stay in New Orleans. Will and Josh couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Trolley car just down the street, Starbucks and Roberts supermarket across the road. Rooms clean and comfortable, lovely little courtyards to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine. Thanks Josh and Will!– Jeanie A.
A Gem in the Marigny
The rooms are charming. The owner and manager are friendly and knowledgeable. There's a Robért's Fresh Market right across the street. Frenchmen Street is right around the corner. Hot tub on the property. Great neighborhood.- R3878QLjameso
Comfortable, friendly B&B
Comfortable room; no breakfast but some very good local eateries used by locals - much to be recommended. On street parking but not too difficult to find a place. If you feel like "eating in" for a change, there's an excellent fresh food supermarket right across the street. Our room had a microwave and eating essentials.- graham472015
